Information we collect

BidWatch BC may collect account contact information, company and opportunity-matching preferences, subscription status, product usage information, and—when requested—the email address and consent record used for the free weekly opportunities email. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by BidWatch BC.

How information is used

Information is used to provide personalized opportunity alerts, deliver requested weekly emails, operate subscriptions, support customers, improve matching quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Email choices

The free weekly email requires confirmation before delivery begins. Every weekly message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from the weekly email does not cancel a paid subscription or remove subscriber dashboard access.

Service providers

We may use service providers for payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted document processing. They receive only the information needed to perform their services.

Public procurement information

Opportunity information is sourced from public notices. Subscribers must verify all requirements and dates in the original procurement documents.
