Information service

BidWatch BC is an opportunity-monitoring and summarization service. It does not issue procurement notices, submit bids, provide legal advice, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or award of any opportunity.

Subscriber responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for reviewing the original notice and procurement documents, confirming addenda and deadlines, determining eligibility, and preparing all submissions.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Any trial terms and pricing shown at checkout form part of the subscription. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund a current billing period except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Subscribers may use the service for their own business development. They may not resell the feed, misuse source systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidWatch BC is not liable for missed notices, changed deadlines, bid costs, lost profits, or procurement outcomes arising from use of the service.
